Refund Policy

At WebMatrixPro, we strive to provide exceptional services and ensure complete satisfaction for all our clients. Our goal is to deliver high-quality web design, development, and digital marketing services that meet and exceed your expectations. However, in the rare case that you’re not completely satisfied with our work, please refer to our refund policy below.

Web Design & Development Services.

  1. Change of Mind:
    We do not accept refunds for change of mind once work has commenced. However, we encourage open communication and will work with clients to address any concerns or dissatisfaction with the project.
  2. Project Scope & Deliverables:
    In the event that the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon scope or specifications outlined in the signed contract or agreement, we will work to resolve the issue through revisions and additional work at no extra cost. If the issue remains unresolved after reasonable efforts, we may consider offering a partial refund based on the work completed.
  3. Refund Requests:
    If you feel that our services have not been delivered as agreed, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable. A review will take place, and if we are unable to resolve the matter, a refund will be processed based on the situation.

Digital Marketing Services.

  1. Non-Refundable:
    Due to the nature of digital marketing services, payments made for campaigns, ad spend, or other marketing-related services are non-refundable. Once services are rendered or campaigns are launched, the associated fees cannot be refunded.
  2. Services Cancellation:
    If you wish to cancel a service before work has begun, we will provide a full refund, minus any incurred costs (if applicable). For ongoing services, clients must provide a 30-day notice for cancellation of services. Any remaining work will be concluded, and no further charges will apply.
  3. Refund for Unused Services:
    If payment is made in advance for a digital marketing service and the service is canceled before being rendered, a refund will be processed for the unused portion of the service.

Custom Solution Services.

  1. Custom Development:
    For custom web development, custom CRM solutions, API integrations, and other bespoke services, we assess each case individually. A partial refund may be granted if we fail to deliver the work within the agreed-upon timeline and scope. We will work closely with you to ensure satisfaction before considering any refund.
  2. Refund Requests:
    Any refund requests for custom solutions must be made within 7 days of the service delivery. After this period, refunds will only be considered under special circumstances and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process.

  1. Initiating a Refund:
    To request a refund, please contact us via email at billing@webmatrixpro.net with your reason for the request and any relevant supporting documentation (such as project details, contracts, or proof of unsatisfactory services).
  2. Refund Review:
    Upon receiving your request, we will initiate a review of the case. The review process may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the situation. We will inform you of our decision as soon as the review is complete.

  3. Approved Refunds:
    If a refund is approved, we will process it within 05-07 business days and notify you when the refund has been issued. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used for the original transaction (i.e., credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  4. Partial Refund:
    In some cases, if partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed or the services provided at the time of cancellation.

 

Important Notes.

  • Non-Refundable Services:
    Some services, such as website hosting, domain registration, or third-party integrations, may be non-refundable as they are handled through external providers.
  • Timely Communication:
    If any concerns arise during the project, please contact us immediately. We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues before considering a refund.
  • No-Refund for Digital Products:
    Once digital products, such as downloadable resources, templates, or other digital assets, have been delivered, they are non-refundable.
